Location: Iraq- Baghdad- Al Utaifia

A mixed use complex, residential, commercial and touristic buildings 20 stories high located close to the Tigris river on the west side of Baghdad.

This project was designed to be used and serving the middle class income families at the same time also those are living at the surrounding residential areas.
