Even when it was announced that this design got the second prize among fifty one participants at the competition, most of the architects agreed that it was the best because of the monumental and symbolic approach to design, good expression and understanding of Iraqi tradition and heritage help to form real Iraqi presidential palace.

Devecon, the consultant firm from Finland gave good support and assistance to prepare excellent presentation to introduce this design to the jury of the design competition.
