On a plot area of 116000/- sqm at Al Bayaa district in Baghdad, successfully approved by the municipality of Baghdad to build 27 high-rise buildings each in 4 story with 4 apartments in each floor.

This project includes in additional to the 1512 apartments schools, supermarket, kindergartens health center, roads, car parking areas and also all the infrastructure required.

This project is a residential support for the middle income families and mainly the staff members of the universities close to the project location.
