This Residential project was designed upon the request of Iraqi Reconstruction Committee which was found after the 2003 war. Location of this complex is Kerbela at the middle of Iraq and to be constructed in two phases each of 4500 apartments units with all other facilities like   commercial, educational, health, communication and security service in addition to electric power plant to cover the complex needs.
