At the center of Al-Nadi Al Siahi in Abu Dhabi an old ten story building to be demolished and a new residential tower of G+M+18 typical floors  with 3 underground parking floors, accommodating one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments  with commercial and office area at ground and mezzanine levels.

Special colored glass used for its four clean facades with stainless steel pipes and special sections used at the upper services area around the top of the building.

It is an economical design with a simple facades treatment rising in between architecture chaos in this district.
