Most of the Iraqi cities and towns now are suffering of the traffic jam on most of their roads and bridges.

Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works invites many consultants to participate in solving this problem, this project is one of many others which is at the center of Dewaniya and connecting the main traffic between Baghdad, Najaf, Hilla and the business center of the town.

The solution for this problem was solved by providing an over pass in one direction and a tunnel on other direction.
