At the end what has to be achieved is a building with golden values.
Hierarchy as a fact and gold as richness and brightness are the never split twin, they are bond to each other with very strong ties, together they can form the aesthetical look of the building and express the building function architecturally.

This architectural design shall make this building the most distinctive between all others at the same district not only because of its good planning but also because of the external façade treatment.
