On the same plot (100mX100m) a large supermarket was destroyed during the war 2003.

A proposal design to make maximum use of the plot area by providing a two story mall and 4 residential towers on top each of 20 floors was submittal to the Ministry of Trade.

The project is considering a continuation to Al-Salihiya Housing Project at the west side of Baghdad and facing the Tigris River and opposite to Al- Sinek Bridge and 500m from Al-Jumhuriya Bridge.
